You’re invited to join the Clean Mobility Equity Alliance Team as we host the 3rd annual Clean Mobility Forum on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in downtown Fresno!
The Clean Mobility Forum, funded by the California Air Resources Board and the California Energy Commission, is a one-day in-person event focused on shared mobility and clean transportation where you can network and connect with like-minded peers, create partnerships, and problem-solve in a supportive, community environment.
This year’s theme is Bridging Systems, Centering Equity: Advancing Clean Mobility Through Practice and Partnership. This year’s program uplifts the theme by breaking down silos and building cross-sector and interdisciplinary systems that center equity and turn clean mobility goals into grounded, community-driven practice.
Our past Forum attendees have included clean mobility project awardees, mobility operators, community-based organizations, nonprofits, tribes, and other experts in the clean transportation field.

No-fee registration is available to current CMEA members. If you are a CMEA member, please email Michelle Baron at michelle@sharedusemobilitycenter.org to receive a no-fee registration promo access code. CMEA members are limited to 2 tickets per organization at this time.
Early, discounted registration is available for nonprofits, local governments, nonprofit mobility providers, tribes and private entities.
Virtual participation will be available for a portion of the programming.
Registration closes on Thursday, September 25.

Stay at and attend this year’s Forum at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in downtown Fresno, with accessible transportation options putting local attractions, sightseeing opportunities and events just minutes away.
Located in historic downtown Fresno, the hotel block reserved for Clean Mobility Forum attendees is available from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, through Friday, October 3, 2025.
The deadline to book your rooms for a discounted rate of $189 per night is Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Please book your rooms as soon as possible, as space is limited!

Travel scholarships are available for lodging and travel only, including round-trip driving mileage, flight and train tickets, or other ground transportation. Scholarships will be awarded based on need and background.
To apply for a travel scholarship, please complete this interest form by Friday, July 25, 2025. Scholarship recipients will be notified of their award by early August.
