This is a summary of the Clean Mobility Options program’s Mobility Project Vouchers’ successes in supporting clean, equitable mobility options in underserved communities across California, highlighting challenges and opportunities in executing mobility pilot projects.
This page includes a data dashboard, annual reports, and an executive summary with survey data and telematics collected by projects and analyzed by the administrative team. The data dashboard is cumulative of the launched mobility projects to date, and new annual reports will be added to the page as they are finalized.
Given the wide variety of communities and project types, project evaluation is not intended to compare awardees but rather to provide context for each project, extrapolate trends, and establish a public record of the program’s progress and benefits provided to communities.
Below are qualitative resources on the program’s successes in providing clean, equitable mobility to underserved communities across California and highlighting challenges and opportunities in executing mobility projects. To learn more about the projects, visit the CMO Awardee Landing Page.

Testimonials
“I’m hoping that this wonderful, life-enhancing service receives funding for a long time to come.”

“My husband has many medical appointments. Thanks to this program that has supported us. Sometimes my husband has daily medical appointments, but at least three times per week, he needs to go for dialysis appointments…Plus, something else very important about these cars that Green Raiteros use. They are electric! They don’t pollute the environment. This program has been a great support for us. Thank you!”
– Soledad Lemus and Gregorio Hernandez, Huron, residents and program beneficiaries. Project: Green Raiteros and Green Riderz: Shared Rides.
“I love to use bikes. Since I don’t know how to drive, basically that’s my car. It allows me to do my exercise, to do my errands, plus go to the grocery store. I don’t have to pay for gas, it’s cheap, and it’s eco friendly”.
– Yolanda Rodarte, Rancho San Pedro resident. Project: Good2Go Bikes.
