APPLICATION TIMING

The Mobility Project Voucher Phase 1 Application window closed on April 5, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. PT. The Mobility Project Voucher, worth up to $1,500,000 each, helps communities to develop and launch zero-emission mobility projects, such as bikesharing and ride-on-demand services, that fill a community’s transportation gaps and provide access to key destinations. OVERVIEW

The Mobility Project Voucher application is separated into two parts to assess eligibility and project design development. The graphic and summary on this page provide an overview of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the application process.

PHASE 1 PROCESS

  1. Develop Phase 1 of your application utilizing support from your technical assistance advocate.
  2. Submit your Phase 1 application.
  3. Submission window closes.
  4. Applications are reviewed for completeness and eligibility.

PHASE 2 PROCESS

  1. If your Phase 1 application is approved you will receive an invite notification from the program administrator to submit your Phase 2 application.
  2. Develop Phase 2 of your application utilizing support from your technical assistance advocate.
  3. Submit your Phase 2 application by the application deadline. You may submit your application at any time before the deadline.
  4. Move on to voucher execution and reimbursement.

NOTE: Only eligible applicants for which there is available funding will continue to complete their application in Phase 2 of the application process. Per the “first-come-first-served” process, if the total amount requested on day one does not exceed available funds then applications will be reviewed and funds will be awarded in the order that they were received. If the total amount of funds requested on day one, before 11:59 pm PT, exceeds the amount of funds available, then the applications received on day one will be randomized and reviewed in the new randomized order to ensure equitability.
