The Clean Mobility Forum, hosted by the Clean Mobility Equity Alliance (CMEA) Team and funded by the California Air Resources Board and the California Energy Commission, runs from Wednesday, September 30, to Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the Tsakopoulos Library Galleria in Sacramento, CA.

This two-day hybrid event focused on shared mobility and equitable clean transportation. Attendees can connect with diverse groups and share stories, challenges, successes, and lessons learned through workshops, panel discussions, networking breaks, and more.

This year’s theme is From Alignment to Action: Scaling Equitable Clean Mobility Through Partnership, Practice, and Power, which reflects a shift toward coordinated action and implementation.

It focuses on the need to:

  • Address real constraints limiting progress
  • Strengthen cross-sector partnerships
  • Center community leadership and lived experience
  • Support projects to scale, sustain, and deliver impact

PROGRAM

The Clean Mobility Forum brings together community organizations, mobility practitioners, public agencies, utilities, and policymakers to advance equitable clean transportation across California.

Through plenaries, interactive sessions, and field-based learning, participants engage in candid, real-world discussions. Past attendees have included clean mobility awardees, operators, nonprofits, tribes, and clean transportation experts.

This year’s program shifts from broad exploration to targeted problem-solving, prioritizing depth over breadth to address persistent challenges, share practical strategies, and strengthen cross-sector collaboration.
